Head Chef Anderson

Anderson Morales grew up in beautiful Bullet Tree Falls, a mountain village along the Mopan River. After traveling the world and gathering inspiration for his future creations, he won multiple awards for his culinary masteries. After working at the most sought after, fine dining Restaurants of Belize, he joined the vision of Van Rey Farms and is curating Belizean Craft Cuisine with European Influence.
